How do I return my item ?
Returning items to us is very simple; first you must contact us.
If you would like to return an item for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 15 days in its original condition for a hassle-free refund.
If on delivery you find that the packaging has been damaged and your items have also been damaged, contact us as soon as possible.
You will be notified when our warehouse has received the item and when your refund has been made. This is so you are kept in the loop at all times.
You will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
To make sure that our warehouse successfully receives the item that you are returning, we advise you to use a tracked delivery method, so that you can track your returned item.
Please note that our lithographs may not be replaceable as each lithograph is a limited edition.
I have received the wrong item
It’s important to contact us as soon as you discover a mistake or problem. Contact our customer service team with your order number, item name, and a description of the problem, and we’ll send a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
An item is missing from my order
Please contact us if you think that an item is missing from your order. Let us know your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible to send the missing items to you.
How do I know that you have received my item ?
As soon as we receive your item back at our warehouse, you will be notified. We will also keep you notified when your refund is processed or when we have resent your item.
When will I receive my refund ?
Depending on your card issuer and bank, refunds usually take 2–3 working days.
