We ship our lithographs with the transporter DHL and will update you with your tracking number to enable you to follow your delivery once it has left our distribution center in Paris.
Your order should be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch in France.
For other European countries it will take 2–3 days.
Orders to be delivered outside of Europe will take 4–10 days, depending on customs clearance.
For each delivery, you will be sent an email with your tracking number and an estimated date for the delivery of your item. Using the tracking number on the DHL website, different options for delivery are available, such as rescheduling the delivery date, leaving the delivery with a neighbor, or sending it to a local depot for collection.
The delivery charge is based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your basket before discounts and delivery pricing is applied to your order.
The cost of your delivery will depend about the size, weight, type of product ordered and the shipping destination.
You can calculate the shipping costs in the checkout process before confirming your order.
Can I track the progress of my order ?
Yes, thanks to our live tracking system. Once you have placed an order, go to “My orders” (you will be prompted to log in if you have not already done so) where you will see all the products you have bought. Select an item and we will take you to a tracking page that will tell you exactly where it is.
It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order. What should I do ?
Firstly, we would like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we try to let you know about as and when they arise. If you have been waiting longer than you should have and you have not heard from us, go to “My orders” (you will be prompted to log in if you have not already done so) to track your items, or get in touch with us and we will give you the latest info.
What happens if I'm not at home when my items are delivered ?
If you are not home when DHL try to deliver, they will leave a card with your unique parcel reference number so that you can arrange redelivery.
I have tracked my order with DHL who say it has been lost, or has already been delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do ?
