Kim Gordon studied art at Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles in the 1970s. Since her first interventions as Design Office in New York in 1981, she has exhibited internationally at IMMA in Dublin; The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh; as well as at 303 Gallery and Reena Spaulings Fine Art, both in New York.
Her most recent shows include a solo exhibition at The Museum in Bellpark in Kriens, Switzerland, and 303 Gallery who represents her in New York. Recent activity also includes a collaboration with the choreographer Dimitri Chamblas in the dance piece Take Me Home. Her second solo record is being released in March 2024.
